I RATE THEM A 12 ON A SCALE OF 1 TO 10! – My experience was fantastic. The work was timely and first class. I've used them before and this company is great to work with. All of the staff is extremely courteous, friendly, and downright helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.

NO HASSLES – My experience here was excellent! Everything was done on time and I understood the whole procedure very clearly. Besides, the work done through my insurance, I had a few other things taken care of that I paid for out of pocket...it was very reasonable and although my car is a 2002, its looks great! There were no hassles and they were quite the gentlemen. I hope to not have to come back due to any misfortune, but I would definitely recommend them.

Unethical Drive right past them to another shop – They are horrible. They are not only rude and disrespectful, including the owner Chuck himself. If an owner acts that way then the staff will follow. If the people before me had filed complaints with the bar I never would have gone here. They lie about the repairs, they lie on their estimates. I cant say enough without sounding like a jaded bitchie woman, but it was that bad. Call AAA and ask for a referral.

Very Satisfied: 10 – This was my first experience going to Collision Center of Temecula. I was so impressed with how professional, courteous and helpful everyone there was. I had questions and concerns that they patiently took time to make sure I understood what was being done and reassured me that it would be done right; and it certainly was. They did a beautiful job.
