Each time there were delays (3 in total), I did not hear about them until the day I was expecting to pick up my vehicle. That was frustrating. Maybe I’m naive but I also thought my car would be returned clean ( on the exterior). The only parts that were clean were the areas that were repaired. 5 Star : My Experience They did an excellent job with a back bumper and fender replacement on my Honda CRV and appear to have even fixed a noise that had been going on for quite some time related to a door lock issue. It was totally unrelated to the more recent accident that they worked on. I had not even mentioned this door lock noise to them when I dropped off the CRV for the accident repair so this was done as a courtesy to customer without request or even mention of by customer, without any additional charge.
