5 Star : My Experience They did an excellent job with a back bumper and fender replacement on my Honda CRV and appear to have even fixed a noise that had been going on for quite some time related to a door lock issue. It was totally unrelated to the more recent accident that they worked on. I had not even mentioned this door lock noise to them when I dropped off the CRV for the accident repair so this was done as a courtesy to customer without request or even mention of by customer, without any additional charge. I asked for extra touch up paint which i was willing to pay for and that never got relayed to the paint guys. Now i have no extra touch up paint because someone forgot. 5 Star : Returned Clean
