We were very happy with the efficiency and professionalism of the team. We directly worked with Doug, Tera and Regan. They made sure the repairs were done quickly and then took our car to BMW Northwest as we had a previous scheduled service. We would definitely take our cars there in the future if needed.

I got rear ended and needed to take my mini Cooper Countryman in to ensure there wasn’t any damage under the car. The manager Chris Savanetti was wonderful! Got me right in, lifted me car and walked me through what was going on. No damage thankfully and they even washed my car for me. I was in and out in 20 mins! Highly recommend.
