Sad there are no zero stars. They had the car for enough time and gave me a set price for repairs. Paid 50% upfront. When I called to pay the remaining 50% I was shocked to see extra $177 charge. When I tried to let them know this is wrong, the manager threatened to impound the car and attempted to hang up. I had to pay forcefully.
My truck was restored, the work was very good. They keep me updated and finished before the expected completion date.
We would have given zero stars if I had that option. We did a big mistake choosing this shop based on Google reviews. They are super expensive, which they do not reveal in the beginning. They took over a month to repair, but made false promises that the car would be ready in a week or two. Their time management is completely unacceptable.
