refusal of warranty to fix their work Roof replaced in 2008 and from the storm in Central Florida last week I have wate damage. Roofer came to my house to look at the leak and confirmed that the flashing was not done properly. Unprofessional and poor workmanship I have never dealt with such an unorganized company. Not only did they constantly make false promises on the date I would recieve a new roof (by the company president), the salesman for my job quite the company because he could no longer deal with their poor organization and horrid customer service. The job looked like a hit and run, with orange peels and empty spam cans along with roofing nails left scattered around my home.
