Recently, and for the first time we engaged Collis Bros to fix our leaking dishwasher. Communication before, during and after was excellent. Very clear and according to our agreed appointment. They even arrived earlier. Very courteous, friendly, explained the whole process and stayed until the problem was fixed. Made sure they didn't dirty our apartment by wearing special cover shoes. Highly recommended. Payment was easy and also confirmation when monies were received.

He provided excellent customer service, sound advice on any issues, and even collected the items I ordered from the supplier. All with a willing attitude and a smile on his face. I am very happy with the completed job.
Initially I had a good experience with Collis. I took their guidance on how to fix a problem with my rainwater pump. They replaced my quite technical system I inherited with a simpler dumb valve and pump which “wouldn’t go wrong”. 16 months later and the pump has failed (and has been failing for the last 4 months for which they’ve come out a couple of times to diagnose. But now I have just been told that i need to take the pump back to where they bought it from and that to resolve with a new pump is going to cost me $1000 pl... read more

Ben & Blake demonstrated their expertise by identifying the issues with our under-house drainage and providing a solution. Sam was assigned most days during the project and was a pleasure to deal with. He did a very handy job too, with no flooding on the recent down pour and his work with the ag lines and cutting/replacing concrete looking very tidy. Would use again!
