Liam came out to quote fitting in a new toilet for me. He advised this toilet won’t suit the current set up and told me to get a new cistern instead to achieve a more tidy look that I was after. The quote was $900 + GST to supply and replace the cistern and a toilet seat (goods $289, the rest was labour). I was unsure as this seemed overpriced and said I’ll think about it. I had Ollie come over to investigate stormwater blockage under my house. Ollie was punctual, got dirty and located a pit which I never knew existed. Ollie investigated properly which 2 prior plumbers didn’t do. Would recommend him to any drain issues.
From enquiry to execution and completion Collis Bros has been extremely professional. Always arrived on time and completed the job as per deadline. Ollie is outstanding and patient explaining the issues and providing a solution. I strongly recommend Collis Bros for any of your home plumbing problem.
Premium price for basic service. Fingerprints left over cabinet doors and one door left hanging off its hinge, the plumber blamed the hinge; I was able to rehang it properly after watching a YouTube video.
