I hate to leave such a negative review but if I can save at least one person from living here then it’s worth writing. Management was borderline none existent. When able to contact/ locate the property manager she was extremely unorganized and unprofessional. My apartment flooded 6+ times prior to any real repairs taking place. We lived here for a year and a half! When we moved in we had great management! By the time we moved out we had terrible management who refused to communicate with us! Its a quiet neighborhood even for where its at. For the price of our rent when we lived there it wasn't worth the hassle or size.

My apartment is completely flooding out because of the water heater leaking out. This is not the first time that I have had water leaking in my unit. You want me to sign a new lease with all of that happening? I should get a discount from all of the trouble and problems I have endured.
