I was very fortunate to escape this slum. Plumbing is a disaster. Everything in my bathroom was destroyed and had to be replaced. Three times. Trash area was never maintained and raw sewage would leak out of the building into the parking area. Security towed my roommates car from his own parking spot. During parking lot renovations a letter was posted to simply not park there and to not bother management about any issues you may have. Lived here for several years and loved it. Quiet, well-kept condominiums.

Отличный жилой комплекс - чистая территория, несколько бассейнов, джакузи. Много цветов и декоративных деревьев. На улице чистые тротуары для пешеходов. Внутри квартир отличная планировка, все условия, и легко создать обстановку. Также нравится, что подъезды имеют кирпичные капитальные заборы и имеют границы - между подьездами. Это создаёт условие для индивидуальной территории - прохожие не могут заглядывать в окна.
