I was lucky to get out of this place. Collinwood Condominium is in terrible condition — the plumbing is a nightmare. Everything in my bathroom was destroyed and replaced three separate times due to flooding and sewage issues. I’m beyond frustrated. What is the point of paying HOA fees if nothing ever gets done? They hire a pool guy who doesn’t even clean the pool properly. He was here today, and the water is still dirty and smells awful. One of the jacuzzis hasn’t had working bubbles for years, and it’s been leaking through the cracks, who knows where that water is going, but it’s only a matter of time before it causes serious damage. Every time we walk by these condos it REEKS of dog feces. It may actually be human feces by the smell of it. They have a dedicated dog poop trash cans out side for dog walkers and it is NEVER cleaned out. This started happened these last few months so maybe they got new management that cares less. There must be month old dog poop sitting in there or possibly a homeless person is defecating in these bins. I was very fortunate to escape this slum. Plumbing is a disaster. Everything in my bathroom was destroyed and had to be replaced. Three times. Trash area was never maintained and raw sewage would leak out of the building into the parking area. Security towed my roommates car from his own parking spot. During parking lot renovations a letter was posted to simply not park there and to not bother management about any issues you may have.
