Don't waste your time. He wouldn't return my calls. Got a text response once but that was it. Clearly wasn't interested in my business.
Having trouble with hot tub he talked to me on the phone to trouble shoot the problem. Most companies or person would not be this helpful it's all about the money with them.
Great customer service. I have been using Collins Spa Service for several years now and they have always done right by me. They do not nickle and dime you on charges. If there ever is a problem they correct it quickly and stand behind their work. A great local company to deal with. Very friendly and will not break your wallet. I will continue to use them any time I need service for my hot tub!
