Won't deal with any issues..hires family/friends for projects regardless of work quality and price. (Amended..this is hearsay not proved). My personal experience includes, but not limited to....not getting multiple bids on fencing/projects/services, not dealing with lawn care issues but sent them to my home for me to deal with, asked me to call the irrigation company for needed work, asked me to call the city to get missed trash removed on 4 different occasions. Some people do not understand the difference between an HOA and a CONDO.

To lazy to read the bylaws for our HOA and trying to change what’s in our HOA bylaws and not following our bylaws set by our HOA and forgetting who pays him ,
As a property owner I am happy collins is no longer our management company.
