Waiting 45 minutes to an hour minimum before a doctor even comes in the room! This time it was 45 mins before the nurse even came in. The last 3 visits have been that way no matter what doctor we see.

Dr. Porche is the absolute best! We have been patients of Dr. Porche since my oldest was born, nearly 10 years ago. She is so thorough in her care and makes sure all of the bases are covered. She is not one to shrug things off, but to get to the bottom of it and I LOVE THAT! She handles this crazy mom’s concerns like a true professional. Because she is a mom herself, she provides a level of comfort to the kids that is unmatched. These are just a few of the reasons that she was just ranked the #1 Pediatrician in NOLA!

We love Collins Pediatrics! We see Doctor Lauren ( Hernandez), but have seen all other doctors and loved them equally as much! Never had an issue with getting an appointment, wait times, or seeing someone when we need to. Will recommend them over and over again!!
You can tell that the doctors here truly care about children. They are very knowledgeable and I trust them 100% with my newborn baby. I wouldn't take her anywhere else. I highly suggest anyone with kids to take them to Collins! �
