I lived in this building for a little less than 3 years. The pros: the apartments themselves are actually pretty nice. Good layouts and decently nice appliances. Pretty good noise insulation between rooms. Respectful neighbors. And if I ever had issues, the maintenance was phenomenal. Quick and helpful. Great location. Hey, current resident here! The location of this building is great as are the the maintenance staff (props to the work that you do!). Unfortunately, the non-existent management are absolutely abhorrent and make living here a nightmare! They neither care about the safety of the residence nor do they take any actionable measures to address the concerns when brought up to them. Maintenance is very friendly and we've had a good experience with them. They do a great job with keeping the building maintained. Unfortunately, the management has shown that they don't care about the residents through their inaction. Bogged down in bureaucracy and licking their own wounds. The package theft in this building is awful. I've had 10+ packages stolen in the last year and have had other residents mention their own packages being stolen as well. I have been a resident of Collins on Pine apartments for almost a year. The apartment itself is nice, rent is decent. However, their management is a disaster. I recently bought a new car and have been asking for my garage remote for almost a week. In fact, I have been informing the apartment that I plan on getting a car since approximately 2 weeks ago. What a disaster of a property. Took a tour and saw so many red flags. I couldn't imagine living here. It seems like all management is remote. We had a contact to communicate with during our tour, but he was not on the property. The code he sent us to open the door didn't work. We had to be let in by a maintenance (?) man who didn't seem to know who our contact was. What a huge security issue.
