The building itself is well-maintained, the location is fantastic, and management has always been responsive—but what truly sets this place apart is the maintenance team. Issac from the maintenance team here is extremely helpful and reaponds promptly to any concerns. My thermostat was out and he had it replaced and working in under 24hrs.
The best part about living here is the prompt response from the maintenance team. Even on weekends, Isaac was on call to fix thermostats that broke due to a power outage. The maintenance team is always very quick to respond to requests and I’m very satisfied with the work they do.
A friend of a tenant, and from what I’ve seen and heard, this is a great apartment community. I’ve personally heard my friend speak with management over the phone, and they’ve always been attentive, professional, and genuinely helpful. I’ve also spoken directly with a team member named Christina on a few occasions—whether it was questions about parking charges or general concerns—and everything was handled promptly, clearly, and with care. I lived in this building for a little less than 3 years. The pros: the apartments themselves are actually pretty nice. Good layouts and decently nice appliances. Pretty good noise insulation between rooms. Respectful neighbors. And if I ever had issues, the maintenance was phenomenal. Quick and helpful. Great location.
