I have been here on 2 seperate occassions to purchase used tires for my car. On both occasions, they were helpful and the price was very reasonable. The tires have worked out great and I have NO complaints. Will go back as needed.
Do NOT take your business here. My elderly mother bought 4 tires from here, she goes 20 miles or so and 1 shreds on the interstate. She calls me, over an hour away, I call this "business". The owner after 3 times calling and no way to leave a message because the voicemail is full, answers. I explain to him what has happened and he replies. "So, what do you want me to do about it?" GIVING THIS ONE STAR IS EVEN UNACCEPTABLE BUT I HAVE TO DO IT TO PUT THIS POST UP!! I wish I could give it a negative star rating. I have a friend whos 79 year old mother just bought tires from this business. She got to Ankeny and is sitting on the side of the interstate with a SHREDDED TIRE. Her daughter lives an hour away. The daughter called and asked the OWNER of this business if he would take a new tire out and help her mother out since she just bought the tires.
