Dr. Collins helped me to greatly recover from my TBI and I am forever grateful. After exhausting all my doctors and healing practitioners in MA, I was desperate and very motivated. Although I have a lot to say I will try and keep this short. If I could give zero stars, I would. Dr. Collins had his mind made up before he even walked in. I sought a second opinion and was forced to see him, only to be dismissed entirely. He ignored my concussion team’s progress, blamed me for not recovering faster, and insisted I replace my trusted therapists with his own. He belittled me, cut me off, and made me feel like I was the problem—not the concussion. I have been struggling a lot emotionally and physically since my last concussion that I suffered in 2017 during a football game. Going from a D1 football talent, to not being able to function through daily tasks, I was eager to get better. So I have been around the US to 50+ providers to try and find some relief. Dr. Collin’s was not very helpful to me. I was only seen for a couple of minutes and the majority of the time was talked about why I shouldn’t see an upper cervical specialist I had been working with. I had been working with my upper cervical chiropractor for a few months and had made significant progress in my misalignment in my upper neck from a head injury which had been putting pressure on my brain stem.
