My partner proposed in 2024 while we were visiting Hobart with the idea of picking out an engagement ring out together. The range at Collins was amazing and the whole team were wonderful! Since we were flying out the next day, they rushed resizing and polishing the engagement ring I fell in love with so I could wear it straight away. Dropped necklace in the be repaired, took two weeks just for a quote, then after a further four weeks I had to contact in order to find out what's happening to be told it's still a further two weeks away because of a delay. Manager Darryl was rude and told me I either work with them or come and collect my necklace ( which would insinuate after six weeks hasn't even started it). Absolutely appalling attitude.
I went to Collins Jewellers early in 2023 to try on engagement rings. The service that I received was incredible, that’s when I knew that despite living in Canberra, I would be supporting this business.
