Dropped necklace in the be repaired, took two weeks just for a quote, then after a further four weeks I had to contact in order to find out what's happening to be told it's still a further two weeks away because of a delay. Manager Darryl was rude and told me I either work with them or come and collect my necklace ( which would insinuate after six weeks hasn't even started it). Absolutely appalling attitude.
