Excellent Service and my animals love it there!` Friendly accommodating atsmophere and a home like warmness is the first thing you notice upon entering this hospital. They are loving and kind to the animals. My dog loves it there and they go out of their way to ensure that all the tests are done. The costs are affordable. Ask to see Chicken. He's the official cockatoo greeter. PROS: Easy to find. CONS: Parking is not great!
Collins Hospital For Animals has been wonderful right to the end I had been taking my dog to Collins for 3 years until he was put to sleep two weeks ago. The service there is fantastic and the staff is professional, attentive and kind.
Bad! Dont go here! Desk staff is dismissive. Vet was extremely rude and extremely unhelpful. Had to go to another vet to get the correct meds to help my poor dog. I asked around the dog park and found that many people had bad things to say about collins and was referred to many other great vets nearby. If you love your pet don't go to collins.
Collins Animal Hospital is great! I am a new dog owner and have been very happy with Collins Animal Hospital. The vet we have seen is fantastic and the staff couldn't be nicer or more accommodating. They don't push their products or unnecessary treatment. I would highly recommend them.

Horrible service After getting past the surly desk staff, and waiting close to an hour, you find yourself being talked down to by an arrogant doctor who spends 5 minutes with you and charges through the nose for the privilege. There are too many good vets in the area to bother with this place. I have left for good, and am advising friends to do likewise.
Charge for your pet's health history I have never heard of any vet that charges to expunge their records and provide you with your pet's history. I am moving and asked for them. They charged me $10 to pick them up or it would be free to fax them to a new vet. That's ridiculous. Won't it cost them more money to fax them? Furthermore, their prices are too high for what your getting.
