Collins Family Movers was amazing to work with. They were easy to communicate with and offered very competitive pricing. The two guys who worked my actual move were friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. I would highly recommend!
I wish I could give them zero stars since they scam and overcharge me. The movers were nice but when I called for an estimate of 210 but when I moved on Wed Apr 22nd the movers charge me more with more than 500. Shame on them for not telling me about all the charges, the charges are hidden and been scam. I had 14 containers and a very miscellaneous items and the move was less than 2 hours. PLEASE DONT RENT THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL OVER CHARGE AND HIDE THE HIDDEN FEES.
10 out of 10 experience with this crew, they were professional and went above and beyond my expectations. Tyler, Juan, Rocky, & Nestor made moving a breeze. They were efficient, happy, and easy to work with. Would recommend them to anyone who is planning a move!
The men were super nice and attentive. Great communication and efforts to moving my items in a timely manner. I was satisfied until I looked at my sofa and it’s dirtier than it should have been. They asked if I wanted it wrapped and informed me that even if I didn’t want it wrapped they’ll be sure to move it carefully and drape a cover over it so it doesn’t get damaged. Moved from a one bedroom apartment locally. The movers arrived on time and worked efficiently. Final cost was very close to the original estimate, which I appreciated. Overall, professional and stress-free. I will be using them for my future moves! Tyler and Andreas were my movers and they were phenomenal!!
