Called to ask if we could pre-pay for new patient exams and cleanings, we needed to lock in payment before our health co-op reimbursement deadline. First person I spoke with said yes, no problem. Checked with my wife, called back a few days later, and a different staff member told me it wasn't possible. No acknowledgment of the contradiction, no apology, no interest in making it right, just wanted off the phone.

Great first visit. Staff were super kind. They took the time to explain things during the procedure that nobody has done in decades of other dental visits. They didn’t try to push any unnecessary procedures. Overall just great! Update 5yrs later. The place continues to be amazing. It’s so hard to find an honest dentist with awesome skills. The staff are amazing. Always going above and beyond. I live over 2hrs away and will continue to gladly make the trip down for this place.

Always a great experience. They are so friendly professional and caring! Brook did an amazing job of cleaning my teeth. Thank you As always Dr Collins is the best. Takes time concerned and caring ….even when short handed and super busy. The whole staff makes you feel like you are the only person there
