I love this place my son has been going here for years. All the staff is super nice and so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend to all my friends.
My 4 year old had such a great experience getting a cap put on a fractured tooth at the Nashua office today. No tears at all, walked to the room all by herself. I can't thank you enough for making her experience so positive!!! Update 7/13/18: We had to leave the practice after the Nashua office closed. There were no appointments available, and we would have had to wait months to get a cavity filled. Even for cleanings, there was little choice of appointment time or day, and I usually would need to miss work to bring them in.... read more
WTF, so tired or waiting 45 minutes to an hour past my sons scheduled appointment time!!!! This has happened one tooooo many times and the office staff could care less!!!!
I highly recommend Collins!! I have taken my daughters to Collins for years. This morning my 7 yr old had a bad toothache. They fit her right in. I got there and she needed a filling. As they were giving her the laughing gas she began to cry and get really upset. They gave her oxygen to reverse the feeling and brought her right out to me. Lisa sat with us for a minute to discuss possibly rescheduling, but we were able to let her back in to complete the procedure , this time without the laughing gas. Excellent dentists. Taking kids to the dentist isn't always simple, but this staff (and I do mean all of the staff) takes great care and pride to help make things simple. Terrific times and even better follow thru, I'm so happy I called.
My kids love this dentist, the people are very nice. Sometimes the wait is longer than I would like but I try not to complain :) Have had several issues with their billing staff in the past and a major one recently, I had to make quite a few calls to my insurance company to straighten out the problem, very time consuming and upsetting.
