My family has been going to Collins Dental for over 10 years. I have always loved them and even continued to see them after my insurance changed and no longer fully covered a cleaning. Sadly, I have seen a huge difference in patient care. I feel like I'm at a car dealership with the sales pitches I receive. My bigger issue is that twice now they have told me my son has multiple cavities with extreme decay and that he needs to get fillings asap. I declined in the moment.
