My family has been going to Collins Dental for over 10 years. I have always loved them and even continued to see them after my insurance changed and no longer fully covered a cleaning. Sadly, I have seen a huge difference in patient care. I feel like I'm at a car dealership with the sales pitches I receive. My bigger issue is that twice now they have told me my son has multiple cavities with extreme decay and that he needs to get fillings asap. I declined in the moment. My story of Love - Every November Collin's dental does a program called Smiles from the Heart . It is for poor people who need dental care . For free , they Will do a cleaning of your teeth OR an extraction or a filling . I had 3 teeth that were broken off . The pulled all 3 !!! Then Dr. Collin's informed me that because I'm a veteran & my mouth is really in bad shape , he's going to give me FREE dentures ( upper & lower ) OMG !!!!
