John was super to work with in selling my Mother's Condo. He was very patient with her and the many questions she kept coming up with! The whole selling process was seamless and quite quick! We were able to achieve our price plus. I'd certainly recommend John for anyone looking to buy or sell.
John was Super helpful throughout my home buying process. He was really good at listening to my preferences/wishlist for what I was looking for in a house, he gave me tips on what to look out for in older houses, he cautioned me on certain areas (traffic etc) and house configurations, he did his own price valuations to determine if the asking price on a property was reasonable, and he worked hard on my behalf during the negotiations/inspection prices. Buying a house is a big decision. Especially at a time when rates and house prices are high. There were even times we thought about giving up on buying a house because it seemed impossible. But John could not be more patient with us and never lost hope. He was the tether to making my family's dream home come true.
