Shady. Sketchy. Very evasive. Hires HIGHLY questionable people regarding any actual knowledge or qualifications. Does not respond to requests. Started reporting HOA dues to Equifax as a “secured loan” and has completely avoided questions about why it is classified as a “secured loan”. Ignores complaints from residents and tries to make the residents financially responsible for things that are the responsibility of the HOA and board. do not hire unethical unprofessional
Terrible customer service, do not do what they say they will do, no matter how much they reassure you it will happen. Never pay them more than what’s actually due on your HOA dues, you will have to fight to get your money back.
