Individual family personal feel. Educated and familiar with both of my dogs illnesses. Both of the dogs were comfortable with the Doctor and the staff. Doctor also spend some time to get to know the dogs and for the dogs to get to know him and be comfortable.

Dr Hank has been our family vet for 20 years. He and his staff are wonderful.
Dr. Bongers helped us from the start when I saved Daisy from a puppy mill. She was in poor shape and he helped me bring her back to a precious vibrant dog. She became a Therapy Dog and brought so much joy to patients and children. Today we have to say good bye to our Daisy. Even though we moved to another State, Dr. Bongers was available to talk and listen and guide me as to the best solution for my sick Daisy. Thank you Dr. Hank.
I just want to say a special thank you to Dr. Bongers and his staff for helping us help Marlin, our Great Dane, over the rainbow bridge yesterday. Dr. Bongers was so kind and caring and told us what we needed to hear which was his time to let him go. We couldn't have made that decision on our own. I especially want to thank him for making a house call on such short notice and allowing Marlin to go peacefully at home where he was comfortable.
