To preface this I’ve lived at a biological station—and this place has caused me so much more distress and discomfort than I’ve ever experienced in a living situation. If you can interior decorate, you could probably not think about the mold in the kitchen or the leaky ceiling (that I had on and off for half the time I lived here). Edited: Really dirty and old but you get used to it after a while, the water takes forever to warm up, just use a kettle it's faster, a small space heater is recommended, the carpets were sticky for a while when we first moved in, and there's alot of mildew, but it's just really dirty Also record everything you get from this company. They are shady and they will lie and gaslight you for all of your money

The office is very difficult to deal with because pretty much nobody there actually has the authority to do anything. Most requests have to go through supervisors/managers, which leads to a LOT of confusion in the office and very slow progress. My biggest complaint is that nobody will do a parking pass audit, despite "requiring" parking passes. Great maintenance staff! Very helpful and very good at communicating when over the phone. Needed a new AC unit and Thomas got us one that day and put it in!
