I just moved to Florida at the end of March and within the past week I got my fur baby, Capone. Capone had his first visit with Dr Barnes and Courtney. From the money I walked in to the moment we left, Capone and I felt calm and safe. Thank you Dr Barnes and Courtney for taking the time to answer my infinite questions and for looking after Capone. I’m so happy I found a doctor for Capone as he grows! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! 5 STAR!!!!
Dr. Ribas is an absolute saint. I first came to see her with my little bearded dragon, Spyro, when he fell sick suddenly. Dr. Ribas was very kind and gentle towards him, and did not turn him away just because he was a baby. She has seen him a few times since then, and I owe his great health to her. My husband and I fully believe that if not for Dr. Ribas' help, my sweet Spyro would have died. Very disappointed my wife and I. We called last Friday and told them muffin our cat had a major breathing problem. The girl who answered said they were fully booked and told us they coud not see muffin. Terrible!! She was a patient there and still couldn't see muffin. Muffin passed away early Monday morning and we are heart broken. We will never go back there with our other cat and neither will my kids.
Omg they are the most compassionate staff I have ever seen. Thank you dr Villareal for my dealings today with wiley you are the best at what you do truly seriously I’ve seen a few.
