Stop hiring little girls who are rude and uncompassionate. You need to worry about and care for the animals that we are paying you to care for. Saying that I can't get an appointment for 2 weeks for a pet with a life threatening condition and giving me no recourse and then hangs up on me when I ask to speak to a manager is very unprofessional. Very pleased with all the staff and care. Everyone is so pleasant and professional. They take the time to explain and make sure you understand what you need to know. Great office hours and the prices by far out beat any of the vet office’s here in Port Charlotte.
My cat got in a fight with a bobcat last night and I called Dr Villarreal. He was out of town on vacation but still took the time to find a vet to get her stitched up first thing this morning. He went above and beyond for me and my cat. The amount of appreciation I have for him and his staff can not be put into words. Thank you so much.

I recently transferred my dog and soon my 2 cats to this Vet and they are amazing!! We love them! We had been going to Groves animal clinic the last 4 years and weren't happy with the care nor the prices. Collingswood is the complete opposite! Highly impressed!
