So glad I found Collin. Him and his team made my first investment experience as painless as possible. He answered my questions/concerns and calls very promptly (I had a lot of them). I could call at 9pm and probably get an answer at 9:30pm. His responses were not blanket responses or robotic in nature. Collin did an outstanding job from day one. He kept in contact with me and was there with me and for me throughout the entire process. He was extremely responsive and professional. I honestly don't think he could have worked any harder and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone requiring assistance. He did a far better job than I ever expected and will always consider him to be one of the best in the business.
Mr. McDowell was extremely helpful during the process of listing and selling our house. We sold our house in Virginia while we were living overseas, and even though there was a great time zone difference his responsiveness to our email questions during the process were always extremely prompt and provided us with the exact information we needed to move forward with listing and selling our property. We would definitely recommend Mr. McDowell to anyone looking for a realtor. He was knowledgeable, prompt, and courteous.
This guy is AWESOME!! We listed a house for sale with him and used him as my agent on a buy. Both deals went through with minimal confusion and maximum comfort. Need him to go to war for you?? He'll do it. Need him to coordinate other activities to get the deal done?? He'll do it. Service...awesome. Work ethic...awesome. He is professional, personable and goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied as a client. A+ agent.
Collin is the best! He cares about his client, not the sale. He takes the time to go over the pros and cons of each property, and isn't scared to tell you the hard truth, even if it's not what you want to hear. He makes you feel like part of his family.
