Great front desk - hope the front desk receptionist has a day as pleasant as she is. Not one to write reviews, but being unnecessarily rude will do it for me.

The staff used finger to point at me while asking me to put back on the mask. I asked her name, but she would NOT tell. (Later on, another employee said she name is Alice --- Same as the family doctor !? I then asked how she dared to use finger to point at the customer, but she would NOT answer either. I asked to see Dr. Chen to settle all these. She was no help.

A practice involves everyone at the office from the front desk, nurse, and doctor. Though Dr. Chen was recommended by a family doctor who was retiring, he also cautioned that patients have had difficulty with her front desk's attitude. You figure you're receiving care from the doctor, not the receptionists, so you still transfer your care to Dr. Chen. Have not yet gone to see Dr Chen, but I noticed that she has a rating of 2.9 out of 5. The reviews that are shown are 5 star rating. That right there is a major turn off

Dr. Chen she is very professional and detail, and the suggestion she gave me it’s very helpful. I always have good conversations with the front desk。
