Steve called me immediately after I contacted service magic. Of the 3 companies that submitted bids, he was the only one to provide brochures of the system to be installed. He was also the only one registered with BBB and had an A rating. In addition, they also has an A rating with honors on Angieslist. His bid was also the lowest of the 3. It was a breeze to work with Steve. He came out to go over the project, and gave us the quote right away. His quote was 1/2 the amount as another quote we had received so we hired him. He didn't require any money up front as he said he wanted us to be completely satisfied with the completed project first. After everything was completed, Steve came back out to go over the irrigation system with us and to make sure that we were satisfied with the work. I would definitely hire him again.

Very friendly, quick service, quality products. Have honored their warranty on labor and materials. I've made two warranty claims in the past three years and they have come right out and fixed the problem with no hassle or charge, which is unusual for contractors. My only regret is that one of our flower beds was put on the same zone as the grassy area in our back yard. The flower bed does not need as much water as the grass so we have had to adjust our watering schedule frequently to make sure we don't underwater ... read more

Steve and his crew went far beyond my expectations. The installation had to be delayed due to rain but Steve was in constant contact updating me on the anticipated day of installation. When the day finally arrived I was unfortunately out of town due to a family emergency. Steve worked with me to access the property and installed the system to my satisfaction during my absence.

Steve gave a prompt estimate. After the guys installed the sprinkler system, Rubin came and showed me how to operate the system. Great guys, would absolutely recommend them to others!
