Dr and staff are very thoughtful, thorough and professional. They genuinely care about my good health.
The office is great! The doctor always takes time to talk to you…..even when I get off topic he is always pleasant and extremely knowledgeable.
I love the way this pulmonary specialist’s office is run! Everyone here makes patients feel comfortable, listened to, and cared for! Dr Chappell will get to the bottom of the cause of your symptoms and treat you with care and concern every time you need to see him. His staff makes you feel welcome and you know you’re in capable, professional hands at this office.
I have known Dr. Chappell as a colleague for quite a while. I was familiar with how well he takes care of his patients. Now, as a patient, I am seeing how well he is taking care of me. He is very knowledgeable and when I came in with my list of questions, he answered them directly, and I didn't feel rushed. He is professional, very organized and very compassionate. He genuinely wants you to get better and will do whatever it takes to get you to the goal of improved health.
Mar 31, 2025. My earlier review remains the same, Dr. Chappell is as wonderful and thorough as ever! Dr. Chappell was wonderful! He reviewed the medical records I provided, asked thoughtful questions, reviewed test results, and assured me that he understood. He also made sure I understood the test results. It was evident that he UNDERSTOOD me and my issues!
