Yesterday (12/10/25) I had an appointment and I just got to say that I would really appreciate if the receptionists could show a bit more warmth and professionalism when greeting patients. When I arrived, my receptionist didn’t welcome me in or acknowledge me—she just asked for my WIC card without even looking up. The service at this WIC office is extremely disappointing. The lady who attended us was very rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping with the application, she constantly questioned all the information we provided and pressured us unnecessarily, even going as far as to treat my child’s mother poorly. What’s worse, at 4:15 p.m. she started saying they were about to close, even though the office hours clearly state they close at 5:30 p.m. This shows a lack of commitment and a terrible attitude toward the families who come h... read more
