Horrendous experience. Save your energy and stay away from these robots particularly Graham Smith. Impossible to get a hold of, unprofessional, rude, opportunistic, ruthless. He will bluntly lie looking at your face. More adjectives available to describe him but I don’t want to be rude like he is. I dealt with him the first time because I didn’t know him and I had to deal with him the second time because I didn't have a choice. It was his listing.
