I had the same experience as a prior user, were I been trying to contact the agents in reference of a commercial property they had listed and no answer after 3 weeks leaving messages of my interest in different occasions, really just got tired of waiting for a reply and nothing. Also tried emailing them and nothing seem to work.
I have to say Colliers International is a great leasing company to work with. The Senior Vice President of the local Bakersfield office Mr. Wesley M. McDonald is a very kind good hearted man to work with. This commercial property management company has a lot of properties they manage here in Kern County.
We were interested in church for sale in Kernville. Called agent 3 weeks ago never received return call. Called tj Wood also still no return call. Poor customer service.
