David Kuchinsky, the realtor I spoke with today was very rude and refused to do any business with myself, or my company because of the fact i'm a venture capitalist whom decided to do more than one type of business. Apparently people aren't allowed to own both a marketing company and a retail business. Please save yourself the time and go with anyone else. I will not be recommending their service to any of my investors or business partners in the future.
