I do not trust Don and Jared Zebe because of their dishonest dealings with my family in real estate in Pocatello. Unfortunately because of this and because they work for Colliers I would not recommend Colliers. Do your research before working with them!
I was told when I started at Colliers that I was not the CFOs choice for the position and all my interactions with him help prove this comment. I believe I only got this position because the CFO directly asked me if I had kids during the interview (the look on the current HR persons face was priceless). Talk about terrible property management company. Several close friends that live in their buildings and the list of unprofessionalism continues to grow. Key fobs that don’t work, doors that won’t open, buzzers that won’t let people in, repeatedly lost paperwork, cars broken into in a secure garage to name a few. I will not be living in any building they manage.
