RecommendedHighly recommend! Awesome group of people to work with.
Talk about terrible property management company. Several close friends that live in their buildings and the list of unprofessionalism continues to grow. Key fobs that don’t work, doors that won’t open, buzzers that won’t let people in, repeatedly lost paperwork, cars broken into in a secure garage to name a few. I will not be living in any building they manage.

Stay away from them from a Commercial transaction. On there marketing material (the piece of paper that describes the property) it was way off! Ask about properties from a local small restaurant, food distributors, and probably the best would be the supply equipment guys. All these people would help better than colliers. If you want to know the law too, you can't sue commercial real estate companies, and they are allowed to lie! If you have too much money these guys are probably ok to deal with, if not stay away!
