If you're a business owner looking for space in Minnesota, BUYER BEWARE when dealing with Colliers in Minnesota. They work A LOT with BREIT (Blackstone Inc.'s REIT) & its a complete PONZI SCHEME. I seriously can't believe the attorney general isn't investigating these folks. You will be overcharged in CAM, bullied and customer service will go out the window once you sign on the dotted line. Not a good company. Full of young people that don’t know much about the real world.
Great experience with this office!! Ethan Haglund and Aaron Whitmore know real estate! Excellent communicators, always called or replied instantly anytime we had questions or needed to talk. You can tell they really care about people and doing whatever it takes to help their clients. Great team!

I have a signed lease with them. Nobody picks up the phones, nobody responds to emails or voicemails.
