Had to get my front teeth fixed , felt very Not at ease I’ve known collier for my whole life and for the first time in a long time I felt Very Unwelcomed and just felt so weird around him like I’m the problem or something he was so much more kinder when he was younger now he’s gotten older and more Grumpy towards me it made the whole ordeal Feel odd not what it use to be I want to feel like I Matter and I didn’t feel that way this last visit
I took my daughter in July I just heard back from them in October about Medicaid and they had been knowing since august! They claimed they call I never got a call or my mother who was secondary to call if they could reach me! The dentist didn’t even stay in the room long enough to go over anything just claimed she scared and I’m not going to touch the tooth! (Which she is scared of needles and not the actually tooth pulling) I wouldn’t recommend now I’m having to find another dentist to help us! Which it took months to find ... read more
"I had an amazing experience with Dr. Collier and his staff. They treated me with such kindness from the very start. After my procedure, I encountered a complication and had to return. Dr. Collier and his team went above and beyond to help me get back to normal. You get folks that work in the medical field just for the money and then there’s folks who work because they actually care about their folks. Recently had wisdom tooth removal out and I was terrified but dental assistant Heather was there for me to wipe my tears and calm me down since I was having severe anxiety. I believe she’s at the Oxford area but was at the Pontotoc facility at the time for my surgery. God bless you Heather 🩷
I would give 0 stars if I could. RUDE MEAN PEOPLE! The manager is disrespectful and treats employees like trash. Definitely do NOT recommend this place. Take you and your kids to a place that actually cares about their staff. I was disappointed and disgusted with the attitude of the manager and the way she treated the front desk girls. Shame on you.
