I was kicked out of the chair. I came in for a standard cleaning, was seen :45 late and then was upsold a cleaning beyond standard and what my insurance covers. Then Stephanie, the practice manager, told me I should “go to dental school” and that she’s happy to send my X-rays somewhere else because “we don’t want partients like you.” I have filed a formal complaint with Aetna, plan on filing a complaint with the BBB as well as any dental associations or groups I can find.
