5 Star Solely goes to Jaynai as she’s been an absolute help and overachiever for this complex. If she isn’t already the manager of this property she 100% needs to be. When I moved here the nightmares began. Car break ins endless trash in the streets. Pool is ALWAYS DIRTY. High power bills due to old systems in the units… the list goes on forever. Called because Zillow and the community website showed rent was $1275. When you call the guy corrects you and tells you it's $1500. If they're lying from the first call it's not worth taking a risk on what happens when the lease is signed. Edited to address comment: The rent was once listed on YOUR website, not other sites.
Some of the issues are still not resolved, over a month now.
