The customer support is great; the personnel are nice and efficient. However, apparently this company is owned by a university and is located close to that university. The rates are not pro-rated upon exit. No matter what time of month you move out of a unit, you pay for the entire month. Why would this university-owned company have this unfriendly policy? Students are probably its primary customers.
