I absolutely hate Collex Collision. It’s a family operated business and the family is a disgrace. I asked them to repaint my hood and they told me it would cost $800. Then a day before the appointment they called and said I MUST pay $2000. I agreed to pay the $2000. When I came to get my car a week later, there were scratches on the new paint of the hood of my car and scratches on the side of my car. The team at Collex did such an amazing job repairing my car after an unfortunate hit and run. I am very particular about my vehicle, so at first I was a little hesitant to leave it to a shop I never heard of before. No pride in their work. No craftmanship. No respect. I had them repair my car some years ago when I lived in Malden and notorious Altitude apartment's underground garage damaged the roof of my car. I used them only because it was on top of the insurance company's list. They did inferior job and the roof that meets the windshield is bubbling up, indicating rust underneath.
