What a fantastic experience! Great service, very professional and Brittany is the best - extremely organised, kept me posted throughout the whole time my car was at the shop and arranged the rental car. Fabulous!
The team did an excellent job, very transparent and professional. Beyond the expected repairs they took the initiative to buff my wheels and my car it looks as if nothing ever happened. I have used Collex a couple of times now and their work and professionalism is a 10/10. They helped me with a rental and had it waiting for me when I got there. They stayed in constant communication, are very transparent, and priced fairly. I cannot say enough about this place and highly recommend it!
My husbands car was damaged. I found Collex through our car insurance agency. I inquired about bringing my car in for repair online at this shop and another shop when they were already closed. I received an email and phone call them the following morning. Still waiting to hear back from other shops. They helped to set up a rental and I was able to drop off my car as soon as possible.
