I had to sell my Mom’s condominium in another part of the country from where I currently live. Collette’s communication skills kept me informed of all showings to better facilitate an offer for the unit. Her professionalism and negotiation skills made the sale complete in a timely manner. Collette’s reliability and concern for the property make her a highly recommendable realtor.
Collette did not professionally communicate a change in closing dates to all parties resulting in increased costs and additional professional time sacrificed and the emergency rescheduling of all logistics.
