A six star gem. Golf, tennis, boating, kayaking, fitness center great food and the greatest views this side of heaven.
If Bluffton is a State of Mind, then Colleton River is its best address. It’s the lifestyle - fun people, amazing land and nature, so many things to do and oh yeah, golf courses that are world class. I live here full time and have found great friendships and human connection. I’m not a golfer but I like the fitness and have a boat (the rivers are amazing). There is absolutely something special about Colleton and we have big plans for the future to make it even better. Come visit!

Beautiful lowcountry where southern hospitality abounds. Best Nicklaus and Dye Signature golf courses you’ll find on the east coast! Colleton River’s golf pros/staff and dining/management team are the finest people you will ever meet.
colleton is an amazing place that allows for you to practice the life of pure spiritual living in an environment with the best facilitation to allow golf lovers to practice in their "practice park". Im still a prospective employee but am already keen to live in the finer parts of the world that being Colleton River Plantation.
A beautiful area! The perfect place for the golfers and gorgeous homes and breathtaking views.
Nice Community with two good golf course but not as elite as they want it to be. Play it as often as you can as a guest but don’t make the mistake of buying property here. Terrible investment unless you have money to burn.
