Drove from Hornell Friday for a fish fry only to find out you closed early to accommodate the football team.You should post early closing so I'm not wasting my time and gas to only be disappointed

The food is awesome. I am a self-taught chef, and Ale', Jeff, Chelly, Dorisa, and the rest of the kitchen staff are PROS at their craft, consistent and FAST. Front of the house service is phenomenal. The wait staff has become like family. Love them. BREAKFAST all day! Wings are best in the area, and they're super cheap on Wednesdays. Fish Fry Friday is fresh and HUGE. Our family has eaten at the Collegiate for about 40 years. It is that special place where we all go to eat, relax and feel "at home." We all have our favorite dishes, and now we are enjoying sharing our place with our grand children. Special memories for us.
