Avoid this service at all costs!! Apartment was disgusting upon move in and required a full cleaning. During the stay, maintenance issues were not resolved. Bugs in unit also not resolve despite several requests. At move out, charges were assessed that were not correct. It is disappointing that I trusted this company to support my 18 year son in his first apartment during his short term training program. Highly recommend any other option!!
STAY AWAY!!! FIND SOMETHING DIFFERENT!! I wish I could give a Negative Number for this company. They are charging an obscene amount of money for mediocre apartments at best (over $4,000 for one apartment). They will screw you over on the move out charges. For example, there were 4 people living in my son's apartment and they charged each of them the same amount so imagine the charge and multiply that by 4....they are making a killing!!! They charged each of the tenants $20 to clean a mirror... so total of $80 to clean ... read more
