HOW DO THEY STAY OPEN? – I dropped of my clothes to be cleaned and so I could have them ready to a dinner party the next evening. I asked them would they be ready by 5? They said by 2. At 2 the next day I showed up and they told me they were behind and to come back at 3. That was fine. I understand things happen. Unethical pricing, not cleaned as asked – The store has a convenient location and is clean, but in my only experience there they dry cleaned what I asked to be washed and charged me the higher price. I brought in laundry to wash by the pound and they dry cleaned and ironed each piece, including cheap t-shirts and items saying 'do not dry clean'.
