My laundry came out looking great.
I have always been satisfied with the work they have done. I've given them letter-jackets, other sorts of jackets, skirt suits/pant suits/suit jackets made of all sorts of materials, a Victorian costume I've had since high school so is a little fragile, and many other items and all have come out wonderfully clean and in the same condition as I dropped it off.
