Dr Francis Clark To whom it may concern. I am compelled to write to you concerning my visit to your office last week for an emergency. I would like to agnowledge whoever is responsible for setting the high bar for patient service. From the moment I walked in, everyone I encountered was professional, courteous, and caring. Dr Clark I strongly recommend this office and a cataract surgeon Dr. Francis Clark due to my previous experience. my mother informed me that she had signed up for cataract surgery with an ophthalmologist in Philadelphia with the financing involved which included money out of her pocket for laser technology and a crystal lens. I went looking for a local Wills Eye surgeon and was directed to Dr. Clark and his practice. Dr. Clark recommended against the crystal lens as he Felt this was not the best iol lens choice. great practice I have always had great experiences with this practice. They are always very accommodating and professional. The quality of the eye exams and care far exceeds any other practice I have dealt with in 60 years of seeing eye doctors.
Favorite doctor My family has been seeing Dr. Clark for 20 years, beginning with my parents, both of whom had cataract surgery by him years ago with wonderful results. I recently had Lasik Surgery done on myself by Dr. Clark. It has been the best experience of my life! After 5 minutes I saw better than I ever had, with zero pain. Dr. Clark has the patience and kindness of a saint. My vision continues to improve every day. I am forever thankful for my gift of sight.
Dr. I have been seeing Dr. Clark for 20 years. I am a physician, and he operated on my father's cataract. My father was referred to Dr. Clark by another eye surgeon, who felt my father's surgery was going to be very difficult, made more difficult by the fact that my father was blind in his other eye. My father saw perfect 20/20 after the surgery and enjoyed great vision for the rest of his life. Over the years I have refered many patients, friends, family to Dr. Clark. Thanks again as I end the year, I will be forever thankful to Dr. Clark. I had no vision in either eye due to my lack of care and insurance. dr. Clark took care of me an removed the cataracts in my eyes. I now have perfect vision and was taken care of by the kindest of souls.
Thank you I think of it as a gift I saw Dr Clark and his work force for a crisis a week ago. Sudden serious eye agony started and my own ophthalmologist was not accessible and his office expected me to go in the city to Wills Eye Hospital. Dr Clark sat tight for me and left his office open.
